Arthur's September Open House

On Sunday, September 26, 2010, Arthur’s hosted our third Chef’s Open House of the year. Guests were welcomed to the event with Cucumber Rosemary Water and Mango Punch at a Greet Drink Station and Passed Hors d’oeuvres that included Serrano Ham Croquettes, Ginger Chile Marinated Tuna and Roasted Red Bell Pepper Soup Shots with Mini Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. Back in the kitchen, our chef carved New York Strip Loin with a Pear and Pecan Salad, Roasted Root Vegetables and Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes. Guests also had the chance to sample three different chicken dishes including Chicken Tarragon, Farmer’s Market Chicken and Champagne Chicken. On their way out, guests enjoyed Mini Chocolate Gelato Cones and Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies with Ice Cold Milk.
