On Tuesday, May 25, we opened our doors to brides, grooms and other prospective clients for our quarterly Chef’s Open House. Guests were welcomed with White Sangria and delicious passed hors d’oeuvres including Ginger Chili Marinated Tuna and Melon, Prosciutto and Mozzarella Skewers. Inside, guests explored different stations including a Picnic-style
station perfect for a Rehearsal Dinner event. Guests raved about the Bacon Deviled Eggs and Pulled Pork Sliders. In our kitchen, guests enjoyed the music of Tagas Event and Production Services while sampling Beef Tenderloin with Chimmichurri, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast with Orange Horseradish Sauce, Spring Pea Orzo Salad and Jambalaya, to name a few. On their way out, guests enjoyed Banana Cow Milkshake shots and Mini Gelato Cones; a perfect going away treat for guests at the end of a wedding reception.
