Arthur's Chef's Open house

On Tuesday, March 23, Arthur’s hosted it’s second Chef’s Open House of the year. As guests arrived they were greeted with White Sangria, Strawberry Lemonade and passed hors d’oeuvres which included some of our specialty items-Artichoke Fritters, Firecracker Shrimp and Mini Bacon Cheeseburgers. Guests also enjoyed a fun menu with our “Guac and Tac” Station, which included Fish Tacos, fresh Guacamole and Fire Roasted Salsa. A summer inspired theme rounded out the rest of the menu to include Arugula, Feta and Watermelon Salad, Artichoke and Ricotta Crepes and Jambalaya Pasta. Later in the evening, guests were invited to “Make Your Own Ice Cream Sundae” Station complete with Whipped Cream, Hot Fudge, Brownie Bites, Strawberries, Caramel, Nuts and Sprinkles. Thank you to all the wonderful vendors who helped make this event memorable-
